This policy covers the PBros iOS app (Protocol Brothers) and this website. We do not sell your data.

The app

PBros does not create an account and does not require a login. Fasting times, protocol choice, streak, ring color, plunge / sauna / breath session counts, and Stack reminder names stay on your iPhone. We do not receive that data on a server.

The app does not include ads, analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels. It does not use HealthKit. A privacy manifest is included and reports no collected data types.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, PBros schedules them on your device (fast complete, feeding window ending, Stack morning / afternoon / evening). Those alerts are local. They are not sent to us. You can turn them off in iOS Settings.

This website

This site has no account. Links to the App Store take you to Apple, which has its own privacy policy when you leave this site.

Children

PBros is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Health

PBros is a timer and reminder. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fasting, cold, heat, and breathwork are not for everyone.
